Discipling

The greatest calling in life is making disciples. As Jesus looks out over the nations and gives His great commission from the mountain in Galilee (of the Gentiles), it is a picture of the gospel going out to the whole world. Though we can't baptize our laws in the name of the Father, Son, and Spirit, nor teach a piece of land to keep all Jesus commanded, we can disciple the nations by discipling the people who make them up. The Great Commission isn't ultimately a command to Christianize a nation or nationalize its Christians, but to make disciples. And the exponential multiplication that happens when we make disciples who make disciples is more powerful than any other worldly strategy to fulfill Christ's great command.
